Two individuals had been injured after an explosion at a high-rise constructing in Atlanta that housed a U.S. senator’s workplace together with different companies, authorities confirmed.
In accordance with the Atlanta Police Division, regulation enforcement responded to studies of an explosion at a high-rise in Atlantic Station on Saturday at 5:45 p.m.
The constructing contained the state workplace for U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Ga., however the explosion was not associated to the senator’s workplace, authorities confirmed.

Police stated that the explosion was because of electrical development work being finished contained in the constructing.

Police stated that two electrical staff had been injured throughout the explosion.
